We make the energy transition bankable in Mongolia.

For over a decade we have structured the financing, built the projects and proved the models that move Mongolia's energy and land economy forward — with IFC, the ADB, the World Bank and Rio Tinto.

What we do

From first idea to financial close — and beyond.

We are not only advisers. We originate, structure, finance and increasingly own the assets we develop.

01

Capital raising

Structured equity, debt and green and municipal bonds from institutional investors and development finance institutions.

02

Project development

Feasibility, permitting, offtake and EPC management — carrying projects from concept to commissioning.

03

Transaction advisory

Buy- and sell-side mandates across energy, mining and critical minerals.

04

Owner's Engineer

Independent technical oversight of power project delivery, from design review to handover.

05

Strategy & policy

Advisory for governments, ministries and international financial institutions on energy and climate policy.

New for 2026

Off-grid power as a service

Solar, storage and hybrid systems for remote mines. We build, own and operate — you simply buy the power.

Why we exist

Somebody has to do it first.

Mongolia's energy transition keeps running into the same wall: the technology exists, the capital exists, but no structure connects them. Our work is inventing that structure — and then proving it works.

2024

First utility-scale battery

50 MW / 200 MWh at Baganuur — grid-connected in about 2.5 months, when the country had no storage at all.

2024

A bond nobody had issued

The first non-sovereign Mongolian municipal green bond sold to a foreign investor, purchased by IFC.

2026

Waste into soil

Mongolia's first automated food-waste-to-fertilizer plant, approved under the National Green Lab.

2026

Power without a grid

Behind-the-fence renewable power sold as a service to remote miners — a first for this market.

Our food waste project has been selected under Mongolia's National Green Lab initiative.

The Khanbogd food waste recycling and organic fertilizer plant is now a National Green Lab project, taking its place among the ventures Mongolia will present to global investors at UNCCD COP17. It turns a landfill problem into soil — and into a working circular economy model for the Gobi.

Have a project that needs to become bankable?

Whether it is power for a remote site, a critical minerals asset or a financing structure nobody has tried here yet — that is the conversation we like having.
